I joined the ATA Group through working with one of its many divisions which was Catalis Training based in Derby 3 years ago. Due to circumstances and personal aspirations to be in recruitment, I was offered the opportunity to transfer into a new business opportunity which was with ATA Selection in London. Joining ATA has enabled me to enhance my knowledge and skills in many fields due to the diversity and opportunities within the group. I believe ATA can fulfil my career goals to move into management and leadership which I am currently aiming for.

Having graduated from Brunel University in 2002, I was unclear as to what direction I wanted to take my career in. I was interviewed by a consultant at ATA Selection for him to find me a position in sales. I was then invited to attend an interview to work for ATA selection as a trainee recruitment consultant. I joined ATA-Selection just over a year ago as an Engineering Consultant, I had just graduated with a degree in Chemical Engineering at the time and I was looking for a company which could not only develop my commercial and business knowledge but could also cater for my career aspirations for senior management and beyond, and for this reason ATA has been the ideal choice for me. My name is Beshlie Blood and I am the First Line Manager of the Contract engineering recruitment team in the Slough branch of ATA Selection.
