Remuneration

At ATA Selection you'll receive a highly competitive basic salary package between £15,000 and £28,000 per annum, depending on your location and experience. It is realistic that as a trainee consultant you would be earning, including commission, around £25 K in your first year! For high performaners the sky is the limit, and as our commission scheme is uncapped, you are in full control of your earnings.

Unlike many businesses in our industry, new consultants can earn commission from the outset without any unfair or complex threshold systems - if you deliver the goods, we'll reward you for it!

As you progress through the ranks at ATA Selection, your basic salary increases in line with increased responsibility, along with your commission earning potential. Because of the excellent training we offer, committed consultants reap those benefits in a very short space of time.
