Title: Recruitment Consultants (Nationwide - Positions available within all 10 branches)
Salary: Basic Salary to £23,000 + OTE £25k to £50k + Benefits + £5,000 length of service award after 2 years.

Job Profile
As a recruitment consultant you will be involved in the complete recruitment cycle, from selling our solutions to clients, consulting on job specifications and client recruitment needs, interviewing applicants and managing your business from start to finish. As a result, you will learn essential business and personal skills that will help you achieve your career aspirations. You will work closely with a team of trained consultants who will provide support and ongoing development.
Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience
There are no direct pre-requisites to join our business. You may be a recent graduate looking to carve out a highly successful career in recruitment or already working in a corporate environment and have recognised a need to work within a sales / target driven industry.
Any relevant experience in sales/recruitment will help you, however we offer full training on all the competencies required, and in fact most of our consultants had little or no experience when they joined. What we do look for however, is people who are dedicated and success oriented.

As a recruitment consultant at ATA Selection, you can influence your earnings through achieving your targets, and your team and the management will help you do this. Career progression is based upon your potential; you will be coached and mentored at each step and when you are ready you can be promoted into management or principal consultant roles, all the way up to director level. Quarterly reviews, which will include reviewing your remuneration package, means that your basic salary could go up 4 times a year. You can earn a considerable salary in this role. We also offer £5,000 as a ‘service reward' after 2 years of employment.
Training
As a company we really invest in our people. We regularly run 'leadership' and 'team building' weekends, that see our top performers develop their coaching and management capabilities, taking you outside of the typical working environment and seeing you exposed to outdoor pursuits such as rock climbing, abseiling, white water rafting and so on. Not only is this immense fun but it allows you to really develop your skills, which can then be taken back to the business. With our own in-house training and conference facility based at Derby, we are able to run regular training days and seminars for our new recruits, all the way up to director level.
